They explicitly say after the COTM strands (I think?) that Havish cannot be risked if the other 4 kingdoms end up embroiled in war.

I'm currently re-reading CotM. I got up to PG in 2006 and then having failed to get my hands on TK and SF, I kinda put the series aside for a while. Now I'm back and going through everything from scratch.
Am so glad there's a place to discuss things. I don't have anyone around me in real life who appreciates long fantasy series, though I'm in the middle of trying to prod my husband into it.
